Noted criminal defense attorney F. Lee Bailey will discuss an education program for inmates eligible for early release that has changed lives and helped reduce recidivism in Minnesota. The program trains inmates while they are in prison and then places them in jobs with sponsoring companies. Learn how a similar program in Maine could help reduce the number of repeat offenders clogging the court system and help save tax dollars.
